Welcome to LARAVI STUDIO. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our photography services. By hiring our services, you agree to comply with the terms set forth herein. If you do not agree with these terms, we ask that you do not use our services.
At LARAVI LLC, we offer a variety of photography services, including but not limited to:
– Personal or group photography sessions
– Event photography (weddings, birthdays, conferences, etc.)
– Commercial and product photography
– Portrait and family photography
– Image editing and retouching
3.1 RESERVATIONS: Reservations are made through our website or by visiting our studio in person. A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to confirm the reservation.
3.2 PAYMENTS: The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event. We accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Any additional photography or services requested on the day of the session or afterward must be paid for at the time of the request. No work or photo editing will be done if it is not fully paid for. All prices are in US dollars.
3.3 CANCELLATION POLICY: If the client cancels a reservation less than 10 days before the reservation date, the deposit will be retained. Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance will be refunded in full.
3.4 DATE AND TIME CHANGE POLICY: Any changes in the day or time must be notified at least 5 days before the scheduled session. Only one date change is allowed, respecting the original payment. Failure to attend the session on the scheduled date and time or to notify within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new reservation and deposit will be required to reschedule.
3.5 PUNCTUALITY: Our schedule is organized with precise timing to ensure the optimal development of your session, so your punctuality is very important. Early arrival is not possible, as we will be dedicated to the client before you, and a late arrival does not guarantee a complete session for you. Adequate time is necessary to conduct a full photography session, including preparation, wardrobe, associated activities, photo taking, selection, and payment of the contracted plan.
4.1 DELIVERY TIME: Photographs will be delivered within 30 days after the session or event.
4.2 DELIVERY FORMAT: Images will be delivered in high-resolution digital format via a secure download link. Upon request, physical prints can be provided at an additional cost.
4.3 IMAGE SELECTION: The photographer and the client will select the best images for final delivery once the service is completed. A limited number of images can be retouched and edited as previously agreed.
4.4 CHANGE OF DELIVERED PHOTOGRAPHS: The post-production or digital photo editing process is time-consuming for each image. Therefore, after your photographs have been delivered in digital and/or printed format, it will not be possible to request changes for different photos than those selected by the client.
5.1 COPYRIGHT: LARAVI LLC retains all copyrights to the images produced.
5.2 CLIENT LICENSE: The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images solely for personal or commercial use (as previously agreed). Commercial use, in advertising campaigns, or in contests is not permitted without the express written consent of the studio. However, upon request for photographs from our studio for use in third-party brand campaigns, even if photographs of our clients are selected, we will contact the client to request written authorization, informing them of the associated conditions and details of their use.
5.3 STUDIO USE: LARAVI LLC reserves the right to use the images for its portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional media unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
6.1 WARRANTIES: LARAVI LLC is committed to performing photography services with the highest professionalism. However, the availability of all desired shots is not guaranteed due to factors beyond the photographer’s control (e.g., weather conditions, lighting, subject behavior).
6.2 LIABILITY FOR FORCE MAJEURE OR FORTUITOUS EVENTS: At LARAVI LLC, we take great care in our work, but as we work with photographic, technological, and information storage equipment, our files are not exempt from technical failures and/or ensure information protection in the event of fortuitous or force majeure events. Therefore, it is not possible to guarantee the preservation of photographic files generated during sessions until the time of their delivery to our clients and/or preservation of backups after the delivery of the final photographs. In the event of force majeure or fortuitous events resulting in the loss of photographic files from a session, the client may choose one of the following options:
6.3 RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHILD SUPERVISION: At LARAVI LLC, we care about the safety of children, but we emphasize the commitment of parents and/or responsible adults to their supervision. It is their responsibility to be present and attentive to children in the event of accidents such as falls or other incidents, absolving the studio of liability. Likewise, in the event of damage to studio equipment or facilities caused by negligence, the cost of the affected material must be reimbursed.
6.4 AUTHORIZATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHS OF MINORS: By attending a photography session at LARAVI LLC, parents and/or responsible adults authorize the photography and the entire editing process for the minors who accompany them to our studio.
6.5 LIMITED LIABILITY: LARAVI LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that may result from the use of our images or services.
LARAVI LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. All personal information and data provided by clients will be used exclusively for the provision of contracted services and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.
8.1 MODIFICATIONS: LARAVI LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on www.laravistudio.com
8.2 TERMINATION: Either party may terminate the contract for breach of the terms set forth herein. Termination does not exempt the client from the obligation to pay for services already rendered.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts.
Finally, these policies and regulations are understood to be incorporated and accepted by the client upon booking photography services with LARAVI LLC for all legal purposes.
